Celebrate Christmas Eve with a special prix fixe dinner at 1878 on the Lake at Lake Lawn Resort. Chef Jared Schulz presents a holiday dining experience featuring a chef’s amuse-bouche, your choice of first course, entrée and dessert. Choose from seasonal starters, including sweet corn bisque, Caesar on the Lake or fresh kale and butternut squash salad. Entrée selections include roasted garlic and herb-rubbed prime rib, pan-seared Chilean sea bass, petite surf and turf, Tomahawk Berkshire pork chop and spicy vodka rigatoni. Complete your meal with pomegranate cheesecake, 1878 Mud Pie or dark chocolate and hazelnut trifle. Reservations are strongly recommended for this special Christmas Eve dining experience. Cancellations received within 72 hours and no-shows will incur a $35-per-person fee. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not be charged.
