Celebrate Christmas Day with A Yuletide Christmas Day Brunch at 1878 on the Lake. Enjoy a festive grand buffet featuring traditional holiday and brunch favorites, including fresh seafood, holiday salads, artisan breads and cheeses, chef-attended carving stations, savory entrées, breakfast classics, and a tempting selection of holiday desserts. The buffet features chilled shrimp, fresh oysters, smoked salmon, Door County smoked whitefish, prime rib, roasted leg of lamb, seared halibut, orange honey-glazed ham, rosemary chicken, scrambled eggs, French toast, and more. Guests can also enjoy a children’s buffet and a dessert station filled with holiday sweets, including Wisconsin cream puffs, French silk pie, bourbon pecan pie, cheesecakes, cakes, and Christmas cookies.
