Join us for our First Members Meeting of 2026 on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.  Our meeting is hosted and sponsored by Shodeen Homes. Guest speaker from WCEDA is Elizabeth Oplatka, Leadership & Supervision - Business and Workforce Solutions. The Topic: Strengthening Workforce Performance: Communication, Culture, and Work Ethic in Today’s Workplace. Liz specializes in designing practical, job-specific leadership programs that support safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. Her training style is highly interactive, inclusive, and aligns with real operational needs. With over 20 years of experience designing and delivering workplace training, Liz brings substantial expertise in organizational psychology, organizational development, communication, strategic leadership, and change management. WCEDA will share a few of their training programs designed to strengthen communication and elevate foundational work habits in today’s evolving workforce, including their Leadership and Mentorship solutions and Spanish Communication & Cultural Competency Program.
